Cancellation Policy

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before a lesson, you will be issued a credit for 100% of the value of the lesson fee. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place or you ‘no show’, you will be subject to the full service fee. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. We understand that life happens.
