What is your cancellation policy?
If there is a need to cancel or reschedule the lesson, please let us know and give me as much notice as possible. If it's less than 24hrs notice, we have to charge the full service fee unfortunately (or deduct the lesson if it's part of a package). This is because when we book you in, the time is allocated exclusively for you (and other learners are turned down, especially on weekends). We have to cover for that time otherwise running a business like this is very difficult.
Can I get a refund?
All lessons and packages are non-refundable (unless due to extraordinary circumstances, which will be based on discretion). If you're unable to do the lesson, you may reschedule it to another day & time.
All lessons and services purchased has a validity period of 12 months.
What happens after I book a lesson? *
After the lesson is booked, you will be picked up from your home address (on most occasions). If there is a more convenient location for both parties to meet, it will be communicated clearly during the booking process.
All you have to do is have your learner permit or valid licence ready when the instructor arrives at the agreed time.
